She explains how she became involved in this field by helping business leaders and the healthcare teams they serve, care not only for their patients but for themselves. I selected Joanne for the section on basic veterinary business knowledge as a specialist in commercial tenant representation in particular about a really important agreement that we sign and may be unaware as Jo puts it – the hooks we may have inadvertently swallowed. We all know what happens when a dog swallows a fish hook – it can sometimes be a simple fix or occasionally and very expensive one! Now I am presuming of course as a veterinary business owner that your current agreements are all perfect and that your advisory team have the agreements well tied up.
